McSpadden in the 209th Criminal District Court and the Justice Kem Frost in the 14th Court of Appeals. Mr. Adkins also studied International Law at the University of Malta. Mr. Adkins underwent Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation Training meeting the qualifications of an Impartial Third Party as set forth under of the Texas Civil Practices and Remedies . Adkins has the professional drive and instinct to solve complex problems for his clients and has successfully recovered millions of dollars for his clients in the civil prosecution of numerous product liability, premises liability, wrongful death, serious personal injury, commercial, and construction lawsuits.
