Mr. Casanova was very unprofessional through out my case. They offered me a deal after my 1st court appearance which he urged me to take. I declined because I wanted to review upcoming evidence (body cams etc.) I explained the evidence would show my innocence so I'd like to review it before my next c...ourt appearance, which he seemed a little annoyed at, he seemed to just want to get things over with asap. The day before my next appearance I hadn't received any updates so I contacted him to verify if he indeed had any new evidence. I came to find out on that call that he had received evidence withing the past week, but he hadn't updated me because according to him it was the "holidays" and hadn't had time. ( It was not the holidays yet). He was seemed to be very annoyed of the fact that I was even asking and was extremely rude during the entire phone call. I asked if we could meet up a little earlier the next morning so I could review the new evidence before the court, afterall that was the only reason I didn't accept the offer in the first place. I wanted to make an informed decision before taking any deals offered to me. He literally said no and basically hung up on me. I didn't understand why he was acting that way, but at this point I had already paid him in full and I was worried he wouldn't help me. After reviewing the evidence he still wanted me to take the same deal even after evidence showed I was not guilty of the accusations. He was upset when I insisted I wouldn't take anything less than the case getting dismissed. He then proceeded to "negotiate" my conditions with the judge, then came back excited and said they'd dismiss everything! I just had to do a few required things before my next court date. Fast-forward to my last court date he didn't show, finally a lady approached me and said she was his mother and she was there in his place. After my court was set and done, while his mother explained a few details I realized he had just worded the exact deal I did not want to take into different words so that I'd agree to it. I tried clarifying this with his mother but then she started being rude too, so I contacted him several times with no answer, I left a message stating that I need to further discuss my case details but I never heard from him again. Beware of this lawyer, he is very unprofessional and He's just trying to get the case over as quick as possible and does not seem to care for his client's best interest.

When I walked in his office I was greeted by his mother, who was also a lawyer, and they greeted me with much respect and love. I have to say the man was abl to work with me in regards of payment plans and his work is affordable. Very professional but also very down to earth. He did as much as he cou...ld to help my case even for the price he gave me. He went above and beyond for his clients. I would recommended him to anybody else in the Houston area.

Last year around April my family hit a bump in the road Eddie and Maria Casanova took time out of their busy schedule to help us out they have stuck by our side and have done the best they can do they always kept me informed and helped me when I need not once did I ever have to look for them they we...re very attentive towards our situation there were times I was late on and payment and they understood that ppl go through hard times they don't do it for the money they do it for the passion it makes them feel good to be able to bring joy and happiness in to others life's if you need an attorney don't think twice about hiring the Casanova law firm they are simply amazing and have only great things about them!!! ☆Team Casanova☆

When I first got arrested for failure to Identify myself I knew that I was going to have a hard time. My lawyer Edward, or Eddie as he lets most people call him was honest the whole time. He charged a reasonable fee to look at my case to see if he could finagle a dismissal or if not to get me a pro...bation or fine or something. He told me he would charge more for trial because most cases don't go to trial. He was honest told me we had a fighting chance but that we could lose. I decided to pay his trial fee and man was I glad I did. He was great in trial, we won the case and I will forever call him for anything I need. The best thing I can say is he's honest will tell you the truth and not sugar coat it, and he is very reasonably priced for the amount of work he puts into the cases.
