Holland Dwayne Jones

After years of paying child support while my daughter lived with me full time. After refusing to keep paying child support my daughters mother ripped her from my home and I could do nothing because on paper I had no rights. I had spoken to two lawyers prior to speaking to Holland. I hired Holland as... my lawyer because of his compassion. He didn't treat me like just another client as the other lawyers couldn't get my name right. Holland took the time to listen and understand my situation. He went to work on my case in hours NOT days. Filing the necessary paper work and such. I was constantly in the loop by text/email/Phone. If my wife and I had a question he would answer it no matter what time of day. He would even call and check on my family and I during this troubling time. My family and I are truly grateful. My daughter is now back home. I was awarded full custody.

I am truly blessed to find Holland Jones to be my attorney!!! I called to get info and direction on how to proceed with personal matter (family law case). Mr. Jones gave me an abundance of information within minutes. I found Mr. Jones to be very attentive and knowledgeable on family laws. Mr. Jones w...as extremely professional and explained each process as I went through the family court system. Mr. Jones was extremely thorough and timely. I also found Mr. Jones to be easily accessible, which to me was shocking. Mr. Jones not only answer my text messages, he would email and answer calls with in most cases 2 to 3 hours. To be honest in most cases with an attorney this never really happens. At the end of the day Mr. Jones, works hard, has reasonable rates and hours, is respected in the community, and does a great job for all his clients.

On many occasions, I was able to rely on my attorney for specific advice that made a difference during my custody battle for my son. I would not recommend Holland to a friend specifically for family law. He does law part-time and several other jobs and doesn't have the expertise in any particular area to be outstanding.
