Holland Dwayne Jones

As I sit here waiting for my final court decree I am excited and happy with the final outcome. After two visits to mediation over the span of three years I felt my rights as a father were protected and he watched out for my best interest. He was willing to go to bat for me and fight for me at one of ...my lowest times. We didn't have to go to court but if we did I was willing and ready to use him in the courtroom, and he was willing and ready to go. I was hesitant to use him at first but he made himself readily available and he worked long and hard to get my wife and I the outcome we got. I used him twice and will use him again. He is knowledgeable of the system and has a good strategy for getting the results that you want. Although he never made promises, the big picture came to fruition as long as I was patient with him. We ended up getting full custody of my kids and for that I'm grateful. He's gone out of his way to not only be a friend but include me and my family as part of his family.

After years of paying child support while my daughter lived with me full time. After refusing to keep paying child support my daughters mother ripped her from my home and I could do nothing because on paper I had no rights. He would even call and check on my family and I during this troubling time. My family and I are truly grateful. My daughter is now back home. I was awarded full custody.
