3rd chance

I was arrested for possession of marijuana. Being my second offense, with a prior arrest back in 2007 for theft, left me really uncertain of what the outcome would be.The case took a lot of me, the DA told Mark, that because I've already had record he could not dismiss it. Mark was able prove that i ...was stopped without probable cause using the NTB off the police cruiser, which proved my story over the officers story which lead to a dismissal. I strongly recommend Mark, if you ever caught in a jam.

Respectful

Mark Morasch is not only a respectful man but he really cares about his clients. He helped me during a difficult time in my life due to being accused of something I absolutely did not do. Needless to say, he proved my innocence and I am extremely grateful. I highly recommend him and his staff!

Excellent Drug Charge Lawyer
