I started my firm on a simple premise: most people do not avoid legal work because they do not care. They avoid it because they do not know what it will cost, how long it will take, or whether they will be able to reach their lawyer when they have a question. I built my practice to remove all three of those obstacles.
I am Francisca F. Manchac, founder and managing attorney of The Law Offices of Francisca Manchac, PLLC. I am licensed to practice law in both Texas and Arizona, hold a Texas Real Estate Broker license and a mediation certification, and have spent more than 17 years in transactional law.
My practice covers estate planning and trusts, real estate, business law, and premarital and postnuptial agreements. Those areas overlap far more than people expect. A ranch owner's estate plan is a real estate question. A business owner's succession plan is a corporate question and a family question at the same time. A prenup that ignores the family company is not much of a prenup. Handling all of it under one roof means your documents work together instead of quietly contradicting each other.
How I work. My firm is fully virtual. Meetings happen by video or phone, documents move through a secure client portal, signatures are electronic, and notarization is handled remotely with hard copies mailed to you. Clients tell me the convenience is what sold them; the responsiveness is what they remember.
I also work on flat fees for most matters. You will know the cost before the work starts, which means you can call me with a question without watching a clock run.
I practice alongside a team of attorneys and staff and a network of independent contractor attorneys, which lets a small firm move quickly without handing your matter to someone who has never spoken with you.
Whether you are planning for your family, buying or selling property, building a business, or putting an agreement in writing before a marriage, I would be glad to hear what you are working on.
