In addition to being licensed to practice law in all state courts in the State of Texas, I am licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Unites States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Fifth, Seventh and Tenth Circuits and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southerm, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the District of Colorado and the Northern District of Indiana.
I manage our seven attorney litigation boutique law firm where we focus on trying and arbitrating a wide variety of business and fiduciary disputes. Examples of typical cases include prosecuting and defending breach of contract, fraud and other business tort claims. We also routinely litigate and arbitrate claims brought between partners, shareholders in closely held business entities and people serving in fiduciary capacities as well as the beneficiaries of such relationships. Finally, we are actively involved in handling a significant amount of probate litigation involving breach of fiduciary duty claims, will contests and contested guardianships.

contractor dispute
