Robert Preston Lanier

I am a real estate agent and met Preston a few years ago when he was purchasing a home I was listing. I was struck then by his intellect and that he was clearly someone well ahead in his field. I have since referred him to others who’ve all raved about him. I had the opportunity to finally work... with Preston directly when a complex title issue came up in a sale. The buyer agent had tried calling other attorneys who took days to call back, were half hearted and didn’t seem to understand the urgency of the situation. So when the decision on which attorney to use fell to my seller, he hired Preston. Preston got to work within minutes of that call and patiently and diligently untangled a difficult situation involving generations of family members, some of whom were estranged, deceased heirs and basically tracked down a homeless heir and got various docs signed remotely. It was miraculous that he accomplished this. Because he never skipped a beat, kept on top of the process, even working over the weekend, the title issue was resolved quickly and the sale stayed in tact. The buyer was days away from terminating so I’m certain had it not been for Preston’s diligence, that home would be back on the market. I cannot say enough how how impressed I was. Communication throughout was incredible. If I know anyone with real estate legal needs going forward, I won’t hesitate to recomend Preston. If I ever personally end up in real estate legal difficulties, I’d want no one else but Preston by my side. Amazing job Preston.
