My family really didn’t know what to do about our Will and Probate issues until the professional help we received from this incredible Attorney Phyllis Oeser. It didn’t matter when we called about questions we had with our last will, Phyllis was there. Even when we didn’t feel like going into the off...ices she made it possible for us to video conference our meeting and everything the ladies did made us feel comfortable and like we were family. I definitely would recommend Attorney Phyllis Oeser for any thing dealing with your last will, probate issues and Real Estate planning questions! Also, I personally want to correct something I read. If you email them, they normally responded with answers to my questions quickly and prompt.... I would give 1/2 a star if it would let me. Read about her in "The Guide", an insert from our local newspaper...The Leader. Boy, she got such a great write up that I just had to call her for some estate planning (nothing difficult, you know, will, durable pwr of attorney, etc.). I called about 3 week...s ago and got her assistant on the phone. The assistant spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me trying to solve my problem, and all I wanted to do was set up a consultation to verify a real estate question we had. Back & forth with the assistant, giving me advice and then telling me I should really talk with Phyllis. After I accepted the $200 consulting charge, the assistant said Phyllis only consulted on Tue-Thur, as she had other obligations on Mon & Fri. Fine. No problem. Assistant would check with Phyllis and call me back with some scheduling options. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE FIRM. I got my problem solved through another attorney. So much for the "Guide" and the "Leader" recommendations.

Phyllis put us at ease while assisting us with our Estate Plan. She expertly guided us through the process with patience and helpfull advice. We are so glad that we chose her, and will definitely recommend her to our friends. Her assistant is great too. Always keeping things on point. Thank you for ...a great legal experience!
