As part of my process I visited many lawyers. Mr Torres was the worst one by far. I only went to the exploration interview ($60), thank god he told me he wouldn't take my case (unless my tourist visa ran out). He gave me some legal advice and most of it was wrong. I know because I checked with other ...lawyers and with the embassy.

I came to this lawyer for a U Visa. Other lawyers had turned me away or wanted to charge me twice as much for my case. Thankfully my case was approved and now we are moving on to the next step. His staff was attentive, clear and helpful. The decision took 8 months and the staff was always friendly wh...en I called to ask questions. They are a busy office. If you have a case and want an excellent lawyer I highly recommend Mr. Torres.

I started coming to this lawyer for an immigration case, I heard really good things of his office. That was NOT the case. His assistant is probable the worst person to ever give customer service. I had never been spoken to the way she spoke to me. She does not explain herself and if you have question...s she answers with "I've already said it once, and too much for me to explain again, you should have paid attention" If I have an appointment (that I pay for), I only get to speak to this Jessica lady, if I would like to speak to the actual lawyer (who's services I'm paying for) I need to pay an additional cost! It is ridiculous! If it wasn't because I've already paid over $2,000 to this man, I would have gone elsewhere. Sometimes I feel that with the disrespect this office gives you,it's worth just loosing the 2K. Never coming back, NEVER RECOMMENDING.
