Myles Ian Shaw

For Myles Shaw, practicing law is a mission to serve as a tireless advocate for victims of corporate negligence. He is driven by a passion for helping those harmed by major corporations seek the justice and legal restitution they rightfully deserve. Myles is a third-generation attorney—his grandfather, father, and stepfather are all attorneys. He learned from a very young age that the key to being a successful attorney is to outwork the other side, and clients benefit from his work ethic.

He focuses his practice on personal injury litigation and mass torts. While in school, Myles was already working to establish himself as a skilled attorney. In his third year of law school, using his supervised practice card, Myles represented financial advisors who were departing their brokerage firms and had been accused of violating non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. Myles secured favorable arbitration awards for his clients, demonstrating his skill and tenacity, even as a student. He was also a member of South Texas College of Law’s National Mock Trial Team, where he competed in mock trial competitions nationwide.

Prior to joining Williams Hart & Boundas, LLP, Myles worked on the largest mass tort in the history of the United States: the 3M earplug litigation, representing over ten thousand military veterans who sustained hearing injuries from defective earplugs manufactured by 3M. He is currently working on the Roundup and Uber/Lyft rideshare assault litigation.
