Genevieve M. Graham

Genevieve Graham is an associate at the Guzman Law Finn. After graduating from law school in 2011, Genevieve worked on staff for a United States Congressman advising him on all economic issues, including all budget issues and legislation relating to or affecting consumer bankruptcy. In addition, she managed and coordinated constituent correspondence. After working on both his legislative staff and his successful Senate campaign, Genevieve moved to Houston to focus on her legal career.

After moving to Houston, Genevieve begin working in the area of wrongful foreclosures before focusing solely on consumer bankruptcy. She remains committed to helping consumers navigate through difficult economic conditions. She is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the Southern District of Texas.

During law school, Genevieve was Articles Editor for the New Mexico Natural Resources Journal. She also represented juveniles in both felony and misdemeanor cases as a student attorney with the Bernalillo County Public Defender's office.

She was recently certified as an open water scuba diver and she plans to dive as much as possible in her free time.
