Practical and helpful
I went there for immigration purpose and they answered my doubts in a very tactful and precise manner. I thank Sharma and associates for the time and helping me resolve my doubts.
"I endorse this lawyer. I know him to be experienced in criminal defense as well as immigration law."
"I endorse this lawyer. In full disclosure, Bashist is not only a fellow attorney but my father-in-law. He is a wonderful father-in-law to say the least. That said, having watched Bashist in action on numerous occassions, I can confirm he is an even better attorney."

Reciprocal - Discipline issued in NY, 2008
updated on 01/17/2017This means that the attorney's misconduct in another state, or jurisdiction, also violated the rules for practicing law in New York.
“No good deed goes unpunished. Over 12 years ago, I won a (very reduced fee) case for this person. The other party was ordered to pay some attorney's fees. 4 years after the case finished, this person filed a grievance against me. I agreed to accept a reprimand because of a technicality (my office manager placed the fees in the wrong account). I did nothing wrong.”
Fully Probated Suspension issued in TX, 2008
updated on 01/17/2017Fully probated suspension means an attorney is technically suspended but may still practice law. The State monitors the lawyer's activities during the suspension to make sure that he or she does not repeat the behavior.
“There is only one discipline. New York also listed the same grievance when I obtained a NY license”
