Thanks to Victor (customer service representative) he took my complain serious. He spoke to Solis about my case. Solis was not aware that my case had been closed. I was set up with an appointment with Solis. Solis looked at my case and told me that his office would resubmit my I-130 at no cost. Solis... told my husband and me that they would take high priority on my case. I was then sent to speak to an associate, where we updated our information for our I-130 and the process of I 601A. The girl had knowledge about the process and answered all our questions. We were glad to see someone with 15 minutes that we were there. A couple days later, Victor contacted to see if I was satisfied with the outcome of my meeting with Solis. I feel more confident that my case will be taken serious.
