I have done three oral arguments in the U.S. Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in patent infringement cases; multiple cases in the U.S. Fifth and Fourth Circuit Courts of Appeals in commercial cases; the Texas Supreme Court in a trade secret case; multiple cases in the Texas courts of appeals.

My commercial cases are mainly in the antitrust and insurance regulatory areas.
