Do your homework. This guy was unprepaired for what was being thrown at him in reguards to my case in not only my criminal defense, but he also tried to take on my family case as well...listening to this guy i lost my kids, got hit with a moep, which was followed by a binding order of protection, ja...il time, probation, and a mandatory family violence class that i had to attend which was 95 bucks a class...i then had to find two other attorneys that were better suited for the cases. Took over three years to divorce my ex and almost as long to get my kids back and not one time in any ones court did i get to present my side of the case. Harris County has a flawed legal system and is horrible.

I had to call him several times at every turn. Almost thought I could only. Hear from him if I saw him in person. He did not do what he said he would and I was not kept informed at all. It was only when I fired him that I realized he didn't do much but reset my court dates and a few conversations wit...h DA. For that I paid $5,000. Do your research and trust the misconduct. If I hadn't been given a bad referral to use him I would have found the sanction first and saved my self money and time.
