The father of my child decided to file a paternity case in Texas (me and my daughter have always lived in California) and after talking to Matt on the phone - I knew he was the one to hire. We were both pretty much on the same page. Matt filed a Special Appearance on my behalf, wrote an amazing argum...ent and I provided some exhibits. I was CONFIDENT that he would get it dismissed, however, we were really wanting to get the attorney's fees because of the dbag's wreckless behavior by filing the frivolous lawsuit. Matt was able to get the attorney's fees as well! It was VICTORIOUS!!! I did not have to make a trip to Texas. If you have jurisdiction issues in re: child custody matters, I would not hesitate to contact Matt! Apparently, he's done a few cases in regards to UCCJEA or state jurisdiction in general.
