After a night of fighting with my girlfriend I found myself in jail facing charges of terroristic threat. I never knew how serious it really was until I saw the judge. I was in trouble for assault on a family member. It was a one-time thing and my wife wrote a letter of recommendation to ask Court to grant me pretrial diversion.
