Before that, he spent two years trying DWI cases as a prosecutor and chief prosecutor of the Harris County misdemeanor court. Ed also served in the Civil Rights Division and in the Trial Bureau.
Ed's current practice focuses on criminal defense, with an emphasis on White Collar and DWI defense; however, he also defends cases such as Aggravated Assault, Murder and a host of others. Additionally, Ed uses his background to assist entities in performing internal investigations to uncover potential criminal activities within the organizations. Ed's vast experience in criminal law has led to interviews with several local news agencies, including the Houston Chronicle, KPRC, KTRK, KHOU and others.
Ed received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and graduated cum laude with a B.S. from Texas A&M University.
