If you have been in jail, you have a lawyer so discuss this with your lawyer and quit posting details of your charge.

No. A lawyer can get a bond set but usually if there is no bond set initially, the person must go into custody before the judge will set the bond.

Trial by judge is generally not the way to go and the reason that people hire lawyers - to get such advice. Hire a lawyer.

He can request a trial setting - that is his due process. And a lot more detail is needed to know whether the cases can be tried together or not. ...

No he will not simply let this go. Most people on parole are not on leg monitors so his was a serious situation. He can be revoked and imprisoned...
