Chris took my 2nd DWI case after I hired one attorney who told me I would get 6 months mandatory jail time if I was convicted. In my case I was not driving, but the officer said she saw me and the driver switch seats. As soon as Mr. Denuna heard my side of the story he was willing to take my case and... prove I was not driving the vehicle. When Mr. Denuna saw the body cam he knew I was not the driver but the prosecutor was going off what the cop said in the report. I had picked up 3rd dwi while I was still on probation on my 2nd dwi.
