He is not YOUR attorney

I hired Mr. Barnes, thinking that he would be able to help me with my DBA claim by obtaining a reasonable compensation for my injuries sustained in Afghanistan. What seemed like an open-and-shut case, turned into almost 2 years of cat-and-mouse chase. Mr. Barnes never showed any compassion, presen...ted vague goals, and came up with various excuses to bury this case, until disappearing all together. If you want an attorney who, instead of representing your interests, will lie to you and abet an insurance company - then Mr. Barnes is your lawyer. Otherwise find someone else.
