she is a great lawyer..

Peggy Campbell handled my case for me a couple of months ago, she was such good help, she answered all my questions, and took care of the insurance company. I went to her about an impairment rating from a designated doctor that was unfair, and help with the fact that insurance companies take advantag...e of you if you don't know the law. Ms. Campbell helped me with my case, she is a great attorney.

stay away from her!!!!!

I was recommended to this lawyer over a year ago. I was injured over a year ago. During the time she was supposed to handel my case. I was still doing most of the leg work with my doctors while she collected money. Every week her fees totaled the maximum amount she could take, how strange? Also her r...equests were denied all the time saying she was on the phone for hours witch is alie. Ninety percent of the time I was doing those things. After my designated doctors appointment I had to hound her just to get the results. And was supposed to have a conference with her after. Haven't heard so much as a peep out of them. It's been five months. I would never recommend this lawyer she only wants your money. Stay away unless you like shady doctors, doing the work for her and paying for nothing.

Watch out! she's very smart but not to benefit you!

We went to peggy cambell after my husband was injured in the plants.she seemed eager to help and adviced us we needed an attorney for this situation.she did all math on how much we would recieve every week.we only recieved that said amount for 1 month out of 7 months! After that sometimes we would se...e that she was saying she was on the phone between 6- 8 times in a day! Every week we were getting an overview of what she had done the past week.some were approved some not approved.anyways it all just so happened to add up to the full amount a lawyer is aloud to hold out of your insurance check....ironic?...coincidence??...I dont think so.then she stopped representing us in september..yet its mid october she is still charging us and says there is a balance of over $900...dont go to her she obviously thinks its ok to take from people who actually need the money they get and add to her overflowing bank account!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
