Scott Hanson McLemore

Mr. McLemore handles numerous cases involving catastrophic personal injury, oil field  injury, wrongful death, stolen profits, business disputes, breach of contract actions, debt collection and complex business litigation. 

In law school, Scott was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and received an American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Advocacy while also participating as an advocate both in the National Mock Trial and Moot Court Programs at South Texas College of Law. He obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1997 from South Texas College of Law, after attending Huntingdon in Montgomery Alabama, obtaining a degree with a degree in Finance. 

Mr. McLemore, as an associate, was a member of the trial team in 1999 responsible for a one of the Nations largest verdicts involving the recalled diet drug Fen Phen for $150mm. Scott also received a $30mm arbitration award in products liability action involving defective equipment resulting in quadriplegia. Recently, in 2010, Scott was a member of trial team responsible for obtaining a $393 mm, involving theft of trade secrets, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty involving oil and gas interests. In 2009, Scott Participated in a $2.9mm verdict for client involving an 18 wheeler collision. 

In 2011, Scott was honored by the National Trial Lawyers and named as on of the "Top 40 Under 40". Mr. McLemore is AV Rated - Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. McLemore has been featured in Texas Monthly, was named as a Super Lawyer, Texas Rising Star in 2004 and 2008-2012, and featured in H Magazine as a "Lawyer on the Fast Track. Scott has been a member of the Board of Directors of The Texas and Houston Trial Lawyers Associations. 

Mr. McLemore is licensed in all Texas State and Appellate Courts, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
