Does not keep you informed

Not pleased with Roger's work on my case. He did not keep me informed and does not return emails or calls. When he actually takes your call he is rude and makes you feel uncomfortable. I asked questions pertaining to my case and they were not answered, in fact he said he sent a demand letter, but nev...er received final documents from the doctor.
