I would stay away from this Law Office because they took my money twice and do nothing (I paid first $60 for postpone the court date, and an additional of $50 to change another court date because the new court date is conflicted with my vacation trip). The staff is not very professional when I aske...d to see if they helped me to change the court date the second time after I paid extra $50 and they kept telling me the court has not set the new date. And they answered the same way that they did not hear anything from the Judge even though I called in about a dozen time. The date prior to the court date (conflict with my vacation), I called again to see if the court had granted a new day since I will be on my vacation), they told me that the date had not confirm yet. I told her what happens if they don't change the court date by tomorrow when I am away from Houston. They told me that I have to pay another $110 for the bond if I do not show up at the court on the court date. To sum it up, I would rather stay away from this law office when you need help to clear your ticket. They just want to charge you and do nothing about it. I don't want it happens to anyone else because they charge almost the same amount of the ticket.

However, a month later, I received a summons from the justice court for the same case. Despite reaching out multiple times to Paul Kubosh's office for clarification, I received no response via phone or email. This lack of accountability left me deeply disappointed. During the subsequent court appearance, when I attempted to discuss the situation with the representative present, I was met with rudeness and an unwillingness to listen. It seems there was a significant error in handling my case, and the lack of transparency or explanation from their team only compounded my frustration. Overall, I was left feeling let down by the professionalism and communication from the individuals representing this lawyer."

Waste of money,they don’t do anything,better to talk judge by yourself. I gave them 80$ for doing nothing... When I asked attorney to do something instead of simply show up on court,he start to raise his voice on me,I have to ask him to calm down...,this is their abnormal self-defence,instead of do...ing great job of attorney

I had court today for a class A misdemeanor and he shows up 1 1/2 late and has to balls to ask me if I was late .after him reading my report all he told me to go to his after anytime after 5pm .and I asked him can u pls explain what my report said and what might happen and all he told me is (( I don...'t have time right now I have other things to do.))he didn't make me feel comfortable at all If you really need a good lawyer just keep looking don't waste your money on this man he charges everybody the same price no matter how low and how high your case is so from that point I new I wasn't getting the best but since my dad paid for it I just went with the flow..

Paul kubosh is a Houston hero. He spearheaded the effort to take down those god awful red light cameras. Despite the lies on TV, studies showed that accidents actual went up after the addition of the red light cameras because people's fear of being ticketed caused them to brake in inapproriate circum...stances. I remember when I was horribly sick and had a pile of medical bills, Kubosh took my case for almost nothing. After talking with his staff they put me in touch with him. He is the nicest guy you could ever meet. They were all very friendly and nice people, and they did a darn good job with my case. I recommend him to everyone I know.
