Nicola Drakes is Not professional at all by far when I was referred to her she sound like she knew her stuff as far as my case was concerned she was very nice when I spoke with her over the phone she was very out spoken oh when can you come in the office can you come on tomorrow . Once I went to her... office to speak with her she was very pleasant at that time. So I went on and signed the contract with here at which time I need to see a neurology's she said she would contract one of her Doctor to set up the appointment. that was the first day a couple more days went by no call okay then I called her office to find out the information on the Doctor no answer left several message on her voice mall still no return phone call . I all so asked for copies of the documents I signed. at this point I'm getting really upset that I have to keep calling this women and no response, so I call again and left a message with receptionist to let Ms. Drake know I would like to cancel my contract at which time the very next day I received a phone call after all those calls, and to this day I started calling her about my case right before Christmas and only received a call about January 14th at which time she called me with a never nasty attitude which I could not understand why the last time I checked you work for me . I went on to tell her about all the message I left for her to return my call and she never did until one day I just went by her office then she called the next day she never called to inform me not once about my case I have to called and run her down to get answers on my case status, And when she did finally called I told her to go ahead and just settle my claim because I can't work with someone like this even though I was still under the doctor, she never even called to address me at any point about my case status just like the letter she received from the adjuster which she said received it sometime in Dec but I was never told about the letter until after the fact and when she e-mailed it to me the letter asked for information about my medical which she never even told me anything about this from the insurance company they need to me to sign this medical release form which I would have if given the opportunity well the only reason I knew about that was because it was on the letter the insurance company had sent her clearly this Nicola Drakes does not care one bit about the people she represents and for this reason and this reason alone do not do business with Nicola Drake law firm . Word of mouth is very powerful Ms. Drakes and I'm not done.
