She was appointed to me in a criminal case. I was transferred to a Ric Court in Harris county and immediately told her I wanted to transfer back to my regular Court where she said that was not an option I later found out that was not true. I told her I wanted my evidence sent to the lab for testing s...he said this was not that type of courtroom and then told me I should not speak with the judge after asking to because I would only irritate the court when I came home I seen everything online and seen the only papers filed for her timesheets to get paid and then learned about the Harris county Trace case policy which I more than qualified for meaning my case should never been pursued because it was 0.02 Grams. She did nothing in my defense and everything just to get the case over with and scare me into signing for 6 months halfway house and two years deferred probation for 0.02 G!
