Biography
I am a native Texan, born in Galveston, Texas in 1962. I Graduated from SP Waltrip High School (Houston) with Honors in 1980. After high school, I attended Texas A&M University from 1980-1984 where I participated in the Corps of Cadets and the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band. After Texas A&M I managed a small attorney service bureau called Legal Express in Dallas, Texas. While working full-time, I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Dallas, where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance, cum laude in 1988.
In 1989 I enrolled in South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. In addition to arttending classes I interned at the Gulf Coast Legal Foundation assisting low-income clients in Family Law matters. I also clerked at McDonough & Associates, p.c. throughout law school. Upon graduation from law school I passed the Texas Bar Exam and began working full-yime as an associiate for McDonoughm & Associates, p.c. where I practiced in a variety of areas, such as white-collar criminal defense oin state and federal court, complex civil litigation, and a variety of other areas of law.
In 2004 I started my own practice, The Dube Law Firm. At The Dube Law Firm I strriveto provide the very best legal services to my clients. My primary areas of practice include Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Probate.
