I want to take a moment and sing praises for my Attorney Leslie Legrand. I found myself in a very scary situation. You name it I experienced it with my case. Sleepless nights, loss of employment, fear, the whole 9 yards. Mr. LeGrand worked for me and fought for me to get me to my ultimate goal.... CASE DISMISSED. He is a master mind at defense law. Let me tell you why. We didn’t talk daily, weekly, or monthly during my case..but when we did speak he spoke volumes. He never sugar-coated anything. He never pressured me to go through a lengthy trial. In fact he mentioned to me that this is a case we could win or lose. But I can assure you, his mind is always working. He’s had an angle on the State the whole time. He’s not going to baby you and check in with you daily as we as defendants think. But he’s going to work hard at getting you the best possible outcome. You won’t find him at the Bail Bond company. He doesn’t have to do that. His works speaks for itself. Do you think I write this because my case got dismissed and I am happy? I am elated..sure! But I write this because Mr. Legrand has had my back since I walked into his office. I was and am confident that whatever the outcome was going to be…I rest assured Mr. Legrand gave them hell! Go get you a $500 lawyer if you want. How much is your freedom worth? How much is your time with loved ones worth outside of a visiting cell? Before you hire any lawyer, make sure you consult with Mr. Legrand. The whole firm is awesome. Tricia his paralegal always answered my calls with a smile(and I made a lot of them) The front desk makes you feel at home. My charge you ask??? Felony DWI. DISMISSED. Ive told Mr. Legrand he was my Savior, and I can attest that he “walks on water”

Leslie got my initial charge reduced and into a community supervision program with minimal requirements. After only a portion of completing the total probation period, Leslie was able to get me early termination of my probation as well. Leslie and his team communicated well during the entire process ...and I am grateful for all of their help!

My DWI case was lowered to a class B so that was good. I feel that any other attorney could have done the same and not cost $10,000 (maybe I’m wrong)? Leslie and his staff are very professional, kind and courteous. The commercials that Gary Trichter (partner with Leslie) run come across as, we have t...he scientific evidence to beat DWI case, I teach judges DWI law, we are one of 3 or 4 board certified DWI attorneys. during the consultation Leslie told me that it is not guaranteed we can get a dismissal. They are good sales people, maybe they give hope to people in some of the worst times of there life, when somebody is easily influenced. I think if you drag a case on long enough the DA will give you some kind of deal, and that’s what I got “a deal”. It’s still there on my record though, although it’s a class B not a class A!

My heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Mr. Trichter and his staff for an amazing job in my case dismissal. Their hard work & effort along with their professionalism & tenacity resulted in a very favorable decision for me. Had I been convicted of a felony, I would have lost everything that I have w...orked so hard for in my 52 years…the most important being time with my family. Mr. Trichter gave me the opportunity to watch my 1yr old grandson grow up and have me a part of his life…and there is no price for that. Whether or not I would recommend Mr. Trichter is a given and if I could rate him ten stars, I would.
