As a Partner at Marc Whitehead & Associates, Anthony heads the Social Security Disability Department. He represents clients across the United States in their fight against wrongful Social Security Disability denials, disability insurance denials, veteran’s disability benefit denials, and in mediations. He regularly represents clients at court; he has won many administrative appeals and federal briefs achieving remands and awards for his clients. Anthony is honored to have successfully represented hundreds of disabled veterans and workers.
Anthony also manages his mediation practice, in which he serves parties on a wide range of cases. He has experience mediating in: ERISA Disability, Personal Injury, Debt Litigation, HOA, Landlord/Tennant, Wills & Estate cases, just to name a few practice areas. Anthony is very passionate about helping parties seek resolution to their legal matters.
Anthony was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas. He graduated Cum Laude from West Brook Senior High School. Anthony recieved his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University where he graduated Cum Laude. Anthony’s path then led him to South Texas College of Law. He was active both in South Texas College of Law’s Advocacy and Alternative Dispute Resolution programs. In 2011, Anthony earned his mediation certification through the Frank Evans Center of Conflict Resolution and has successfully mediated many cases.
Anthony’s personal interests include: cooking/grilling, live music, sports, skiing, volunteering, and being outdoors.
