It’s been 84 years… Well that’s how long I felt like it was. I’m sure we all feel this way. I was at my lowest point in my life. Literally wanting to give up on all aspects. Feeling hopeless and thinking about my life and how useless it has been, because of how sick I’ve become. I was trying to cla...im disability many times over the years, but failed. I couldn’t survive and then would have to go back to work. Work that wasn’t my career. I would have to constantly call out due to being sick, lose pay and barely make rent and at times ask for help from family to get by. I couldn’t do it another day and my family and friends could see it. That’s when I had to make the final choice in applying for disability once again and even though it wasn’t easy and I had to live off of credit cards, family, and the state, I filed and guess what… I got denied. Then I said I have to get a lawyer. I researched and found Marc Whitehead and Associates. I’m truly thankful they took on my case. They looked through my medical records and knew that everything that I was saying was not only true but they didn’t understand why I was denied so many times. They knew everything that they were reading I would have a good chance at winning my case. It’s not an easy process and it’s hard, darn right brutal at times. This whole process from beginning to end was a long journey, but a journey well worth it, because of my lawyer and the whole entire staff that worked so diligently hard.
