John Bo Nichols

Divorce is something no one wants to go through. Unfortunately however, it may be the only way out of a toxic and damaging relationship (once held faithful and sacred). This heart wrenching process is even more intensified if children are involved (because, they really do deserve the Best of us, as o...ften as possible). Mr. Nichols was very understanding and compassionate to my situation. However, he was also a very strong advocate on my behalf, knowledgeable and honest with me about each step moving forward. Mr. Nichols was always a man of his word and a great coach when situations were often difficult. Of course, with every great attorney is a great assistant. I have been battling a divorce against an abusive spouse for several years. I hired Bo initially, and then retained another "local" small town attorney when I thought I was in the home stretch. Bo represented me in a child custody matter, then again in a divorce.
