John Bo Nichols

As a President / CEO of a community bank for the last 30 years, I can appreciate family law and family law attorneys. Bo Nichols is by far one of the best. I have been battling a divorce against an abusive spouse for several years. I hired Bo initially, and then retained another "local" small town attorney when I thought I was in the home stretch. WHAT A MISTAKE! I reached out to Bo on a Friday night and he called me back immediately. I gave him the... updates and he agreed to take my case (again). I instantly started receiving emails and communications from him and his team to get me through the short term emergency hearing. He hit a home run for me then and stayed with me. Bo helped me with a custody case that crossed the Texas state border. He was very compassionate about my case, both personally and professionally. He made me feel very secure. From our initial interaction on, Bo clearly explained the process and expected timeline for what could take place during the divorce process. Once the divorce started, Bo and his team worked diligently and effectively to ensure that my interests were protected and served to the highest degree possib...le.
