I asked Mr Andrews to represent me with my disability case. He was nice during my first visit and I signed paperwork, collected medical records and everything else that was asked of me. When I went to Mr Andrews office for my second appointment I gave him all of my documentation and began to ask que...stions about the process, timeline and paperwork. He did not have the time to provide me with answers and he very short with me. I thought he was having a bad day and scheduled another appointment. When I returned he had not looked at my medical records ior any of my paperwork and again he was very short with me. He stated that my case would take over a year but beyond that timeline I had no additional information or explanation from him. I was very frustrated.
