Mr. Andrews

I want to preface this by saying that Mr. Andrews and his team won our case and helped me get disability benefits! We originally were denied and had to appeal. When we scheduled our hearing, we employed Mr. Andrews as legal representation. At first we were a little dismayed. It was hard to tell w...hat was or wasn’t happening because we were so unfamiliar with the process. And Mr. Andrews was actually late to both our first consultation as well as the hearing itself. Then, his staff called several times asking the same questions and we felt like there was a bit of a communication error. For weeks, I called for updates and got told to be patient but that is apparently just part of the process so we can’t hold that against the attorney’s office. During my hearing Mr. Andrews seemed every part the lawyer and I was glad he understood the terminology enough to converse with the judge in a way that I could not. However, it worried me a little that Mr. Andrews seemed a tad uniformed about my medical condition. That’s easy to do considering the complexity of my conditions but it did make me worry at the time. Afterward, I told Mr. Andrews my concerns and he was every bit helpful! He made sure the judge understood and he called several times after to confirm different things so that we were never again mistaken about what was taking place. All in all, it seemed that Mr. Andrews and his team have a lot on their plate and at times we worried that our case would fall through the cracks. That was a little nerve wracking to be honest and is the reason I took off one star in the rating. But, in the end, we found that our concerns were small in comparison to the result and the case was won without too much heartache. We are grateful for the knowledge and work the team put in behind the scenes and would indeed recommend their services if results are the main focus!

Mr. Andrews was very professional in handling my disability case. He and his staff (Trang) were always available to answer questions and provide advice. He did an outstanding job of preparing me for my one and only hearing and I was granted 100% disability. I highly recommend Mr. Andrews as a disa...bility attorney.

Job Well Done

I shopped around a lot before selecting Mr. Andrews. He was head and shoulders above the rest. So happy I selected him. Unlike many others, he both read and understood the doctor's report and got things moving quickly. He cares about people and gave my case individual attention that you may not f...ind elsewhere. He is obviously a very smart guy and knows how to get results. He answered all my emails and phone calls promptly. He got all my issues resolved to my satisfaction. Shop around and then see Jim last. That is what I did and it was clear from the moment I met him this is the man I wanted representing me.

Very unprofessional.

I asked Mr Andrews to represent me with my disability case. He was nice during my first visit and I signed paperwork, collected medical records and everything else that was asked of me. When I went to Mr Andrews office for my second appointment I gave him all of my documentation and began to ask que...stions about the process, timeline and paperwork. He did not have the time to provide me with answers and he very short with me. I thought he was having a bad day and scheduled another appointment. When I returned he had not looked at my medical records ior any of my paperwork and again he was very short with me. He stated that my case would take over a year but beyond that timeline I had no additional information or explanation from him. I was very frustrated. My husband suggested that I look for other representation and I found a wonderful person who took the time to look over my documents, answer my questions and after my case was turned over to her I won my case in 4 months, less than a month prior to my spinal revision surgery. I am very happy that I found a wonderful legal team who cared about me as a person. They treated me as valued client and they worked their butts off to do what they could before my surgeries. If you want an attorney who will work hard and will care about your best interests look elsewhere. If you dont you may end up with someone who cares more about passing time so that they can receive a larger paycheck!!!
