Deferred felony

Mr.Powell is a very well respected lawyer, He provided me a great service ,during my case he was courteous to my wants and needs out of my case . He is very confident in what he does , and delivers, he never had me guessing he was very open , and honest during my case . In under a year he was able to... get my felony deferred to Judication , with a light probation !! I am so grateful he was recommended to me by a close friend , I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great , reliable, awesome ,respected lawyer, who is going to get you the best outcome possible!

Lawyer

Saying mr.Powell is the best is an understatement this man is really devoted and dedicated to his job. Having been a judge then becoming an lawyer is the best thing he could have did he is such a big help without even trying this man will take care of any case and see that justice is serve all around.... He is very recommended to work with for he is very easygoing everyone around him in the court house loves him and he’s worth the experience when going through the toughest times like this. A Man Worth Trusting!

I was refered to Mr. Powell by a friend after the first lawyer I hired clearly did not have my best interest at heart. Mr. Powell took the time out to listen to me, investigate my case, and then fight for the truth. He was able to get my class b misdemeanor dismissed and I am forever greatful to hav...e met a lawyer that was truly for helping his clients and not just about the money aspect of it all! I now refer all of my friends and family to Mr. Powell. He is someone you can trust to get the job done and stand up for what is right!!
