Having practiced as an Oil and Gas as well as an Environmental Attorney as well as having an excellent business background, I have drafted and negotiated a considerable number of contracts on all sorts of matters having a full range of financial considerations.

I am quite concerned with the protection of children and adults who are or are claimed to be incapacitated. I am very involved in guardianship contests regarding capacity as well as the qualification and/or disqualification or a person seeking to have a guardianship instituted. I am involved in the Mental Health area and have represented those who are claimed to be a danger to themselves and/or others if left untreated.

I am a former Associate Judge in the Juvenile Court in Houston, Harris County, Texas. I have been practicing Juvenile Law for over 25 years. I have vast experience in Adoptions, Child Custody, Children's Protection, and Juvenile Delinquency matters.

I handle estate administrations and associated subjects. These include heirships and a full range of contested matters. I draft wills, powers of attorney, and other important documents for individuals and their families.
