Mr. Barton also won the largest insurance law verdict reported by verdict search and the Texas Lawyer for $2,737,817 in a first party commercial insurance case styled Sanatan Shiv Shakti Mandir d/b/a Ash v. Sirius International Insurance Company. The jury award included attorney’s fees and a knowing violation of the insurance code. Mr. Barton is the only lawyer in Texas to win #1 verdicts two consecutive years in two different categories reported by verdict search according to their staff.

Outstanding lawyer and human being!
I have known and worked with dan barton on cases for almost a decade. He has excellent skills, but more importantly he honors his fiduciary duties to his clients by putting their interests above his own. If i were ever injured, dan barton is the lawyer i would hire to represent me.
