Aaron Charles White

DWI lawyer Aaron White is based in Houston, Texas, and a former Harris County felony and misdemeanor court prosecutor. As a prosecutor, he screened misdemeanors and felonies of all levels, evaluated and prosecuted cases including more than 20 felony trials.
He also played an integral part in reconfiguring the Harris County post-conviction review division.

In this role, Aaron reviewed petitions for DNA testing of forensic evidence in cases that led to convictions for crimes such as capital murder and sexual assault.

During this assignment, Aaron worked hand in hand with the many forensic labs in Harris County and became very familiar with the procedures used by law enforcement and lab personnel in the collection and testing of physical evidence in criminal cases.

Prior to his experience as a District Attorney, Aaron was an intern in the Tort Litigation Division at the Office of the Attorney General of Texas where he worked alongside attorneys on a variety of tort cases and accompanied them to hearings, depositions, and contested case hearings.

He also gained valuable experience working at the Office of Immigration and Customs Services in Atlanta, Georgia where he prepared for hearings and cross-examination of witnesses and tried several cases before Immigration Court under the supervision of Homeland Security attorneys.

Aaron began his career in the field of strength and conditioning, training collegiate and Olympic level athletes.

After deciding to change his career path, and after several moves, Aaron graduated Law School from Georgia State University in 2007 and found his way back to Houston to work at the Harris County District Attorney’s office.
