I was court appointed Denise and she was terrible. My case was going to be dismissed and in my second court date she showed to let me know I was getting it dismissed and then left the courtroom with nothing else to say to me. I waited 3 hours after she had left to get my dismissal form but was asked ...first if I had been helped due to me sitting there so long. She also took forever to reply to my emails and texts. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

WARNING !!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EMPLOY THIS WORTHLESS ATTORNEY!!!! WARNING!!!!!!!! Would not answer her phone! Would not return phone calls! Would not reply to e-mails! Actually talked bad to me about my wife! Had to sit & wait for her to show up in court every time! Once up to 3 hours just to do a reset!... I was in the hospital on my court date, she told me "not to worry about it, she would show up & represent me & just reset the case" THREE WEEKS AFTER I GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL-I WAS ARRESTED & JAILED FOR 4 DAYS FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR & FORFEITURE OF BOND! MY BOND DOUBLED!! I FIRED HER & HAD TO PAY ANOTHER ATTORNEY TO HANDLE MY ORIGINAL CASE & GET ME OUT OF THE MESS SHE HAD GOTTEN ME INTO BY NOT SHOWING UP!!!! WORST ATTORNEY EVER!!! DON'T WALK BUT RUN AWAY FROM HER REPRESENTATION!!!!

Kept resetting the case, and when tried to do a plea of a misd to just get the process over with, she reset it again. Would not return phone calls, and was left in jail for 6 days because she didn't show up for court. When the judge was giving time served, all she had to do was show up. Her excuse, t...oday is my day off and I gave it to another attorney to attend. This isn't my fault. Very rude and unprofessional.
