I hired David Anderson do some real estate legal work. I had given him a $7500 retainer. After his services for no longer needed I asked for a refund of the balance. The day that I informed him I would no longer need his services, he told me the balance left was $5200.00 The next day when I went ...to get my check, he coveniently added 2500.00 more in fees and he stated there was an oversight, and he forgot to add some of the charges. Yeah right! When I had called him to get my balance, which was 5200.00, he did not further legal work, so its a very shady tactic on his part to come up with the additonal bogus fees.
