Best lawyer ever

Getting sued can be a nightmare, unless you’re lucky enough to have Adam as your attorney. Then it’s a total blast. I got hit with a frivolous lawsuit, and watching Adam rip the allegations to shreds in our motion to dismiss was a pleasure. The judge threw out the case, awarded me attorney’s fees, ...and fined the plaintiffs. A few months later, the appeal was dropped in a settlement and I had all my money back. Amazing! This was my first time dealing with a lawsuit, and I’m still grateful for the guidance that Adam provided. There was no question too stupid for him to answer, and no time of the day or week that he was not available. I would gladly work with him again and highly recommended him to others.

Sample of Legal Cases

Landry's Inc. v. Animal Legal Defense Fund

My clients won dismissal of the case within months of it being filed. The trial court ordered Landry's to pay my clients attorneys' fees as well a six-figure sanction. The Court of Appeals affirmed the dismissal, fees, and a six-figure sanction.

Function One Consulting Group L.L.C. v. Accudata Systems Inc.

A Harris County jury awarded $11.4 million to my client, Houston technology company Function One Consulting Group L.L.C., after a competitor made false accusations of tax violations to Function One’s then-largest customer.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
