I was more than blessed to have jolanda Jones as my lawyer.i was driving home and my car broke down instead of officers coming to help me or check to see if I was okay they searched my car without permission while i was calling triple AAA to get my car.officers arrested me and argued with me that th...e gun was stolen even after I told them i had receipts for it.the gun was never stolen everything was in my name from the car to the gun.i was racially profiled for being a black man. I called Yolanda office to see if she would take my case I left a VM and two days later a guy called and I explained my situation and told him I about to get get laid off unfairly. He told me Yolanda DO NOT do pro bono cases and that she charge $500 for a consultation. I explain my situation again an...d ask if she could PLEASE help me, he said if you pay the $500 to talk to her which he inform me it’s no guarantee that she will take my case. I ask another lawyer and he willing to work with me. Seem to me she doesn’t care about how bad of a situation as long as she get her $$$CASH$$$, so sad. I thought she was for the “community”?
