My practice is devoted to corporate, commercial transactions and commercial real estate.
My corporate and commercial transactions practice covers most aspects of business from formation to disposition of business entities and everything in between including acquisitions, mergers, restructuring, review and preparation of various agreements and the representation and counseling of clients in their ongoing business activities.
My real estate practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate, including leasing, acquisition, disposition, development and financing of all types of commercial real estate. I have experience representing buyers, sellers, developers, lenders, landlords and tenants of all types of commercial real estate including raw land, office buildings, retail centers, industrial projects and residential developments.
