I have over 20 years experience in law, executive and strategic management, private equity, and corporate development including mergers and acquisitions, private placements of equity and debt, recapitalizations, turnarounds and restructuring, and joint ventures. As an attorney licensed to practice in Texas and Colorado. I have successfully led multiple companies thru difficult transitions, negotiated and drafted agreements including asset and stock purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements, joint venture agreements, and long term customer contracts with large multi-national companies.

Having been on both sides of the table, both as a client (managing companies) and as an attorney, I am able to bring my business acumen to the table as well as understanding of the needs and issues facing companies, both big and small.
