I have never had a problem with police or anything and because I did not have experience at all I hired him the worst thing I ever did. I have an accident with my little baby we were traveling in a bus and I fell asleep with and I dropped my baby. They charged me with injury to a child and I had 6 yr...s of probation even when they did not have any evidence that I did hurt her intentionally it was a nightmare CPS wanted to take my parent rights but because they did not have evidence they give me the custody back thanks God but isn't contradictory that the criminal judge found me guilty and the family judge found me inocent?? and all is because Romero. He destroyed my life and my record, now I am a felon I am 23 and my record is bad and of course it is been very difficult to find work. I hired a new lawyer to try to revoke probation and everything and he was amazed!! he said that Mr. Romero never asked the court for my record and that he did not have any file of me he did not even do a file about my case, he never presented a defense for me or interviewed people in my defense he did not do anything!! Now the new lawyer told me that we can revoke but that it is very difficult because I plead guilty accepting probation which Romero told me you are not pleading guilty you are just accepting a deal!! I am screwed but please do not hire him he is the worst lawyer but I will complaint with texas lawyer bar because is very unfair that because a terrible accident lawyers like him just take the money and take advantage of people in need,
