Terisa G. Taylor

Mrs. Taylor took me two weeks before trial. I'm sure that it helped that I had my records in order, but she has an awesome team anyway. She is a very caring and resourceful lawyer who works very hard for all of her clients. With only two weeks until trial, she made sure that I got my children. ...Her firm is large and able to absorb issues as needed. She worked with me on pricing even though I was in a pinch. I could write a mile long list of how much I appreciate her.

Terisa was first hired to represent me in against the mother of my children in some bogus enforcement motions and convinced her lawyer to drop all of the motions. I heard her straight up tell the other lawyer in the court room "I'm going to win this Wade you really need to drop it" I love Terisa's co...nfidence and how well prepared she is before coming to court. After Terisa got the above mentioned motions dropped I hired her to help me get custody of my kids who are now 13 and 15. I now have the best gift a dad could ever get my boys live with me for the first time ever and I even get credit against what I was behind in child support. Our order is temporary for 8 months and then we will revisit the moderator and make it permanent. With Terisa's help I saved a lot of money not having to go through a long drawn out jury trial which would have forced my boys to go in front of the judge to say that they wanted to live with me.

We had hired another lawyer 3 years ago to represent us in my husband's custody case and were told in confidence that she was doing us NO FAVORS by someone frequently in the court system and familiar with our case. Terisa was assigned to me as an amicus for my children in a divorce case. She only met with my children for an hour. Every contact I made with her was never returned.
