I hired Tammy after a very complicated and confusing case. Throughout the entire process, Tammy stayed in constant contact with me, calming my nerves and handling every detail of the case. So unfortunately I didn't call her first. After paying a less than competent lawyer almost the same for making my situation worse and then the same lawyer referred me to another "criminal lawyer" who had a misconduct judgement against him. Needless to say my first lawyer posed and presented herself a...s a criminal lawyer- she was not and I am sure she realized it because brought in the other worse lawyer. So after firing them both, my trust was very shaken. I choose Tammy's firm for their experience with the DA and in that specialty of criminal case. Tammy was the first person I talked to after having my trust shaken in lawyers. She was patient, understanding, and responsive. She jumped on the case and helped me to quickly get her team to act on my behalf to prevent any further damage. She and her team did not disappoint! Tammy's passion and agrevation with how the situation played out proved to me that she truly cared and that I had an ally who really empathized with me. Can't tell you how much that helped me not feel alone and doubt myself. Thank you for being in the trenches with me. She took time to educate me on the process. She knew I needed to be informed after my bad experience and she patiently and thoroughly did so! What should have been dismissed from the beginning had me ended up charged. Her team got charges reduced from felony to misdemeanor. That alone was worth it. Their fee was very reasonable for all their work. Considering what I got from the first atty, Tammy and team gave so much more in their service. So she earned my trust, showed myself and family compassion, and continued to help me after sentencing. I hired Tammy about 2 years to go to help me with my dwi case. When I came to Tammy I was scared and felt helpless and had no idea what was going to happen to me. From day one she was very informative and let me know every single thing that could possibly happen... the good and the bad. She always ke...pt me up to date and explained everything in great detail. I've worked with other lawyers who wouldn't even show up to court but send their assistants and have secretaries communicate with me. Tammy never did that she always responded to all of my questions right away and in great detail. She was always there for communications when I needed her. She didn't just hear me she listened and when you feel as if your life and freedom are on the line it makes a HUGE difference knowing the person who is on your side in court REALLY cares. Everytime we went to court Tammy talked to the DA's and got me a better deal. I truly do not believe anyone could have done a better job than her and if anything were to ever happen again I wouldn't trust anyone but her.
