Worst Lawyer Possible

Doesn’t respond to to specific questions/requests. Doesn’t respond to emails/text messages. I have 7 of those which will be submitted to the Texas state bar in a grievance. He refuses to represent/defend as requested or required. He simply succumbs to the wishes of other parties involved in the oppos...ite side rather than represent his own client and constantly trying to reassure that things will be handled correctly in court and voices heard and then does nothing during those sessions except to say, “I think that went well”. He uses this phrase repeatedly and was dead wrong each time. His conduct is capricious and he continuously allowed others to make false claims, unfounded claims and flat out made up stuff that made zero sense. All of which had a negative connotation and easily defended. He simply relied on the,” whatever the results are” won’t be so bad! Easy for him to say, not at all easy for my son and I to deal with. Steer clear of this guy at all costs.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
